# Field Options

Under 'Fields to Include', the choices depend on the format:

| Option               | What's Included                                                                                                                                                                 |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Common fields** | Core contact fields, address, chapter, language, and custom properties |
| **Selected columns** | The ID, name, phone, and email columns, plus the columns currently visible in your People table (CSV only). Useful when you've customized your view and want a matching export. |

For CSV exports, you can also check **Group by household**. This groups people who share the same household address into a single row and adds a **Household Size** column to the export.

# Export Links Expire

The download link in an export email works for **7 days**. After that, you'll need to run a new export. This keeps your data secure and our storage manageable.

***

# Page Submission Exports

You can also export submissions for individual pages:

1. Go to your page in the **Pages** section
2. Click the **Results** tab
3. Open 'Individual Responses' and click **Export**

This gives you the form submissions in the selected date range, including:

* Submission date
* User email and phone, only in 'CSV (Complete User Data)'
* All form field responses
* Event sessions selected (for event pages)

***

# Payout Exports

If you need financial records, go to **Finances > Payouts**, pick the Stripe account, and click **Export** to get the payout transactions of that account.

***

# Permissions

Exporting people requires the **Export People** permission. Page exports need **Manage Pages**, and payout exports need **Manage Finances**. If you don't see the export option, check with your organization admin about your role permissions.
