Deletes an event and every one of its sessions, past and upcoming, the same as Delete event in the dashboard. This cannot be undone.

The sessions, the Zoom meetings of upcoming sessions, and the post-event survey answers of those sessions are deleted. The RSVP and attendance records are not deleted, and neither are the phonebanks and textbanks of the event. A recurring schedule is turned off, so no new sessions are made. People who RSVPed get no message.

The event page is unlinked from the event and stays published; the response gives event_page_id and event_page_url. To take the page down, send "published": false to PATCH /pages/{event_page_id}.

Afterward, GET /events/{id} returns 404 and the event no longer shows in GET /events. An event with ticket orders, with co-hosts, or that is a co-host copy while the co-host link is active cannot be deleted (409), the same as in the dashboard.
