Replaces the data of one step (message text, delay length, tag names, and so on). The step type cannot change, and a decision no_branch or router routes change through PUT /automations/{id}/steps. Safe while people are enrolled: someone already waiting on a delay keeps the original timer; the new value applies to people who reach the step from now on.
