Creates the public event page for an event that has no page yet. This is the same page that the dashboard "Create page" button makes: it uses the event title, the sidebar template, and the default form of the website. content is the HTML for the page body. Scripts, event handlers, and other unsafe markup are removed before the page is saved. image_url must be an https URL. website_id selects the website. When it is omitted, the website closest to the event scope is used. The API only creates the page. If the event already has a page, the response is 409 with the event, and the page does not change. Edit an existing page in the dashboard. The response is the event, with event_page_id and event_page_url set.
