How do we track whether worker-organizers are actually making their scheduled calls?
The Schedule Calls section under the "Voice" tab provides comprehensive accountability tools. You can see each organizer's completion rate, average call length, and miss rate with color-coded indicators. For calls over 90 seconds on Professional plans, AI transcription and summaries provide insight into call quality without requiring manual review.
Can we customize which data columns appear in the Team Activity reports?
Yes, you can select the "Layout" tab to customize exactly which data columns are displayed in the Team Activity table. This allows you to focus on the metrics most relevant to your organizing program.
How does the Coverage Graph help with scheduled calls?
The Coverage Graph provides a heatmap visualization showing when you have team members available to take scheduled calls. This helps you identify times when you have plenty of coverage (e.g., weeknights in English) versus times with gaps (e.g., weekends in Spanish), allowing you to recruit or adjust availability accordingly.
Can we filter Team Activity reports by date range?
Yes, you can filter the date ranges considered when displaying your Team Member data and even compare the activity to prior periods. This helps you track progress over time and identify trends in organizer performance.
How do we view activity by chapter rather than by individual organizer?
From the Team Activity page, you can click the "Activity by Chapter" button in the top right to switch to a view where you can see all team member activity grouped by the Chapter of the contacts they have been interacting with, rather than by individual team member.
