    How do I know the cost of my text blast before sending?

    You can see the estimated cost when you're ready to send. Hover over the segments tag in the editor to see the cost per message, and when sending, you'll get a total estimate. The final cost may vary slightly based on merge tag length.

    Can I clone a text blast I've already sent?

    Yes! You can clone any previous text blast to reuse the template. This is helpful for recurring messages or when you want to send similar content to different audience segments.

    How do I view the results of my text blast?

    After sending, you'll be taken to a results page showing real-time delivery status. The Activity tab breaks down recipient statuses into categories: Sent to, Delivery issue, Clicked, and Took action.

    What happens if someone texts my number but isn't in my database?

    If you receive a text from a number not on your list, you'll need to add them as a new Person before you can respond. The system will prompt you to do this directly from the Text Inbox.

    Can I set up automatic responses to specific keywords?

    Yes! Beyond the default "JOIN" keyword, you can create custom Text Keywords that trigger automatic responses when texted to your number. This is great for providing information or adding people to specific lists automatically.
