Tech for deep organizing, at scale.
Our Story

We started building Solidarity Tech because we needed it. As volunteer organizers with Rideshare Drivers United, we were trying to build a union with no staff and workers spread across thousands of square miles. The standard organizing tools weren't cutting it. So we built our own.
The software helped us win. RDU grew into the largest rideshare worker organization in the US, passed AB5 in California, and built deep worker committees that still lead the organization today. Other unions and grassroots organizations started asking to use our tools.
Now we're a movement-led company backed by aligned investors. Our mission hasn't changed - we build technology that helps organizers win fights and build lasting power.
How We
Work
Everything we build comes from organizers telling us what they need. We don't create features in a vacuum - we work closely with the movements using our platform to make sure our tools actually help win campaigns.
Our goal is to make the tech invisible. It should just work, letting organizers focus on what matters: building relationships and developing leaders.
Who We
Work With
We work with organizations building collective power. This includes:
- Labor unions and worker centers
- Grassroots organizations
- Progressive political campaigns
If you're organizing to build power from the bottom up, let's talk.
