The third-party providers Solidarity Tech uses to deliver its services.
Your organization's data belongs to your organization. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models.
Solidarity Tech uses the third-party providers listed below to deliver our Services. Each provider processes data to perform its function for us. We update this list when we add or replace a provider.

|---|---|---|

| Elastic | Search infrastructure (Elastic Cloud) | Indexed contact and content data |
| Twilio | SMS and voice calling | Phone numbers, message content, call audio |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Billing and donation data |
| Anthropic | AI features | Content submitted through AI features, only when your organization uses them |
| OpenAI | AI features | Content submitted through AI features, only when your organization uses them |
| Deepgram | Call transcription | Call recordings |
| Translation, reCAPTCHA bot protection, site analytics, mobile push delivery | Text submitted for translation, IP addresses, usage data, push notification content | |
