People Results List View

The People page shows everyone in the chapter or organization you are logged in to. If a 'Default People List' applies to that scope, the page opens that list instead. To see everyone, pick 'All People' in the 'Lists' dropdown. You can set a filter or select a saved List in order to limit the People shown. The sort order and columns of the displayed table can be customized with the 'Sort' and 'Columns' dropdowns. Team members with access can export the People data. Open the 'More' menu (the ... button) at the right of the toolbar and click 'Export'.

Map View

Team members with access can switch from the list view to show a map view. The map can show a marker for each person or a heatmap. Pick 'Markers' or 'Heatmap' in the map type dropdown.

Charts

The 'Charts' layout groups the people in your current results by one attribute, such as 'Assessment' or a custom property. You can select from any "Group By" attribute supported to the platform. To ask for another 'Group By' attribute, post a feature request at https://feedback.solidarity.tech/feature-requests.

Sorting

From the People section list view, select the sort button and choose how you would like your list results to be sorted.

Customize Columns

Customize the columns shown for each Person by selecting the attributes that you would like to display as columns from the dropdown. You can also save a column layout as your default layout for 'All People', by checking "Save as default layout" and clicking Apply.
