Call Custom Target Pages allow you to mobilize supporters to call a custom target. After submitting the form, the supporter receives a phone call that plays an introduction recording, then connects them directly to your specified target(s).

This is useful for campaigns where you want supporters to call a specific person or office - like a company executive, landlord, or decision-maker - rather than their elected officials.

How It Works

1. Supporter fills out the form (phone number is required)
2. Solidarity Tech calls the supporter
3. An introduction recording plays, explaining what to say
4. Supporter is connected to the first target
5. If multiple targets are configured, supporter can press * to advance to the next target, or wait for the current call to end

Configuration

Target Phone Numbers

Enter one or more phone numbers for your campaign targets. You can add up to 10 target numbers.

When multiple targets are configured, supporters are connected to each in sequence - this creates a call chain. After speaking with the first target, they can:

• Press * to immediately connect to the next target
• Wait for the current call to end to be automatically connected to the next target

Use Case: For a landlord campaign, you might add the property manager, regional manager, and corporate office as sequential targets.

Introduction Recording

Upload an audio recording that plays before connecting the supporter to the target. Use this to:

• Explain who they're about to speak with
• Provide talking points or a suggested script
• Set expectations for the call

The recording should be brief (15-30 seconds) to keep supporters engaged.

Phone Number

This page type requires a Call Action Phone Number to be rented and attached to the page. This is the number that will call supporters and connect them to targets.

Form Settings

The form requires a phone number field. You can add additional fields to collect information from supporters before they make the call.

The default submit button says "Call The Target" with a phone icon - you can customize this in the form settings.
