Talking with supporters on the phone is second only to face-to-face contact in terms if your ability to form the type strong connections that you'll organization will need in order to build power and win campaigns.
Outgoing calls automatically come with up-to-date verifications, including SHAKEN/STIR, to avoid carrier spam filters. You can add a Branded Callerfor additional protection. Incoming calls are all routed directly to the voicemail of the Chapter Phone Number, with the assigned agents for the caller receiving a push notification alerting them of the call. Incoming voicemails can be heard from the Text Inboxes in the dashboard or the mobile app.
