This page shows team members how to work a phonebank in the Solidarity app. For details on how to create phonebanks in the dashboard, refer to that documentation.

A 1-1 phonebank gives you a list of targeted supporters in two sections, "TO CALL" and "TRY CALLING AGAIN". Tap a person on the list to review their profile, then tap the call button. If you're mobilizing for an event, record the RSVP Yes/No/Maybe response. After the call, tap "Continue" to return to your list.

Power Dialer

Tap "Start Next Call" to open a call screen for the next Person. To read the call script, tap "Script". With two or more languages on your Person record, use the language button at the top right to switch the calling language. After the call, tap the button at the bottom of the call screen to go to the next call.

Predictive Dialer

The predictive dialer is on the Professional and Enterprise plans. It uses your regular phone line for audio. Tap "Begin Making Calls" on the phonebank. Then tap "Start Calling" to get a call at your number, or call the number on the screen. You wait in the waiting room with music. When the music stops, you are connected to a supporter who already said "hello", so start talking right away. Do not hang up the regular phone line call until you are completely finished phonebanking. After each conversation, tap "Available for Next Call".
