Branded Calls

Branded Calls, on the Professional and Enterprise plans, can show your organization's name in caller ID, even if the person has not saved your number. It works on US networks only, for outgoing calls from the chapters you choose.

The caller ID label that you choose will be limited to 15 characters, so you may have to shorten your full organization name to fit the parameters. For example, if your organization is named "Rideshare Drivers United," you may want to consider using the name "Drivers United" for this field.

To qualify, your organization needs an approved 10DLC brand registration that uses an EIN (Standard or Low-Volume Standard). A Sole Proprietor brand does not qualify. The phone carriers review each Branded Caller by hand and require a signed Letter of Authorization. After approval, the name can take 48 to 72 hours to reach all phone carriers in the United States.
